Leadership consultant, embodiment facilitator and fierce advocate for authentic, powerful self-expression.

I HAVE 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

I’ve partnered with senior leaders and teams across sectors and continents to unlock performance beyond what they thought was possible. My work spans executive coaching, breakthrough projects, and the design and delivery of transformative leadership programs. From global corporates to grassroots movements, I bring a unique ability to navigate both the boardroom and the body.

At the heart of my work is a belief that the stories we tell about who we are, how we lead, and what’s possible — creates and shape our reality. I help leaders become complete with the past, access their full presence, and craft new narratives that inspire ownership, alignment, and bold action.

But this work isn’t just about strategy or performance — it’s about power. The power of being fully seen. The power of feeling at home in your skin. The power of leading with your whole self.

Spaces where intellect meets intuition, structure meets soul and leaders come back into the right relationship with themselves, their teams and the future they’re here to shape.

I CREATE SPACES WHERE TRANSFORMATION HAPPENS. NOT BY FIXING WHAT’S BROKEN, BUT BY REMEMBERING WHAT’S TRUE.

FROM INTERNATIONAL SUMMITS TO SACRED CIRCLES

I’ve created and led international summits from Berlin to London, and Los Angeles, designed women’s retreats in Costa Rica, run transformational programs in rural Australia, and coached leaders navigating high-stakes decisions and deep inner work. I’ve sat in sacred circles and high-powered meetings, explored wild landscapes within and without, and shaped a life that honours both performance and presence.

I grew up in Melbourne, but “home” always felt like a shifting landscape. We moved a lot and I was lucky enough to grow up with travel and adventure being a part of everyday life. When I was 12, my Mum took me backpacking through India as a rite of passage into womanhood—a journey that cracked me open to the world and sparked a lifelong search for meaning, connection, and the edges where transformation happens.

MY LIFE JOURNEY AND CAREER

Straight after my 18th birthday, I left Australia for what was meant to be a six-month trip to the UK, living and working there before returning to Australia for university. After grooming polo horses in the Cotswolds (not nearly as glamorous as it sounds!) life’s unexpected twists and turns, led me to starting University in England, 18 months after I first landed. I completed my undergrad and master’s degrees, then moved to London where I lived for 5 years. I built a career I loved with a company I adored working for but after a month-long trip to Cuba for my 30th birthday, I cried as the plane touched back down into England on 1st January 2015 and knew it was time to leave. So I did. I packed up my life, quit a job I loved, and booked a one-way ticket to Mexico.

In my late 20s, I was often the youngest and only woman in the room. I learned to put on armour to succeed. I could see who I’d need to become to thrive in those environments, and I knew she wasn’t me. That realisation sparked a deeper journey, not just across continents, but into the core of who I really am.

And after 21 years abroad, I’m finally back in Australia. For the first time in my life, I’m making a long-term home. And from this grounded place, I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned — across cultures, industries, and inner terrain into the work I do now.

Helping others reclaim their own wholeness and lead from the truth of who they are.

Now, over a decade later, I’m returning to the corporate space not with armour, but with embodiment. Not to fit in but to bring the full expression of who I am. I no longer swing between extremes, the high-performing consultant or the barefoot mystic but live in the integration of both.
